How to Update Your Clinical Contact Details

If your practice changes the email address used to send or receive patient clinical reports or documentation, please notify us at providercontactverification@materprivate.ie so we can update our records. This will help to ensure that patient reports and other essential communications are shared with you as efficiently as possible.

Emergency Department Update

Please note that patients are accepted for assessment up to 6pm in both our Emergency Department and Urgent Cardiac Care services. We recommend that patients call ahead, particularly if travelling a long distance. 

Both services operate Monday to Friday, 8am – 8pm.

  • The Emergency Department is a walk-in service; no GP referral is required.
  • Urgent Cardiac Care is available by appointment only.

Mater Private Network in Cork offers a walk-in X-ray service. Urgent appointments are typically available within 24 hours. GP referral required.
