- Pulmonary function testing
- CT scans
- PET/CT scans
- Polysomnography or sleep studies which record your brain waves, the oxygen level in your blood, heart rate and breathing, as well as eye and leg movements

- Evaluation and treatment of pulmonary fibrosis
