Ireland’s first centre of excellence for women’s health in a hospital setting has been officially opened at Mater Private Network Cork.

Mater Private Network, in partnership with Boston Scientific, has announced that it is the first hospital network in Ireland and within only 25 centres in the world to introduce FARAPULSE technology for patients undergoing catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation.

Mater Private Network in Dublin is participating in a global clinical trial to evaluate a new, investigational treatment for patients with high blood pressure.
