The ExcelsiusGPS™ robot enables improved visualisation and precision during surgery. Similar to a GPS navigation system in a car, the ExcelsiusGPS™ robot guides the placement of instruments and implants through a rigid robotic arm that orients the surgeon along a guided pathway. Navigation provides feedback and real-time visualisation of the positioning of implants and instruments in relation to the patient’s anatomy.
