About
ducation & Experience
Dr. Morrow studied undergraduate medicine at the Nelson R Mandela School of Medicine, followed by postgraduate training at Stellenbosch University in the Western Cape, South Africa. She completed a Masters in Medicine, looking at the incidence and outcomes of malignancy associated with immune suppression following renal transplantation. In 2017, Dr. Morrow left South Africa to pursue an MBA in International Healthcare Management at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. Her research focused on innovative healthcare models and barriers to their implementation across national and institutional cultural divides. Dr. Morrow has practiced in both public and private healthcare systems in South Africa. Since 2017, she has worked in multiple departments and hospitals in Ireland covering both General Medicine, Respiratory and Rheumatology services.
Special Interests
Dr. Morrow’s specialty interests are in Rheumatology, in general practice and interstitial lung disease in the context of connective tissue disease, as well as the use of ultrasound in Rheumatological conditions.
She is particularly interested in the development and implementation of innovative healthcare management models.
Clinical Research & Professional Memberships
Dr. Morrow is a member of the Irish Society for Rheumatology, The European Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology and the European Respiratory Society.
