Education & Experience
Dr. Peter Cuthbert is a consultant in emergency medicine at Mater Private Network in Cork. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine (FRCEM, 2024) with extensive postgraduate training across major trauma centres, including Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast.
Dr. Cuthbert graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2013 and has over a decade of training and has worked in Northern Ireland in the NHS.
He has broad clinical expertise in resuscitation, major trauma, paediatrics, and acute emergency care. He has an established track record in clinical leadership, quality improvement, and service development at both hospital and national level.
