About
Education & Experience
Dr. Ted Keelan graduated from UCD Medical School and completed his basic training in Dublin. He started his specialist cardiology training at Mater Misericordiae University Hospital, and then completed a research fellowship at Hammersmith Hospital London, an interventional cardiology fellowship at Mayo Clinic Minnesota and an electrophysiology fellowship at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. He worked on staff at University of Wisconsin for a year before returning to practice in Dublin.
Special Interests
Dr. Keelan’s primary role is dealing with all aspects of arrhythmia management. He participates in the delivery of acute cardiac care and general cardiology practice at Mater Private Hospital, Mater Misericordiae University Hospital and Connolly Hospital, Dublin.
