Education & Experience
Mr. Paul Hegarty joined Mater Private Hospital Cork in August 2013. Paul completed his undergraduate degree in UCC, surgical training at Cork University Hospital and higher surgical training at the Institute of Urology in London. A two-year fellowship in Andrological Reconstruction was followed by a further two-year fellowship in Urologic Oncology at MD Anderson Cancer Center at the University of Texas. Paul has worked as a consultant in Guy’s and St. Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust and London Bridge Hospital for 4 years.
