Clinical Nurse Manager 3 - Theatre
In this pivotal role you'll drive excellence in patient safety, optimise operational efficiency within our Operating Theatre and empower a multidisciplinary team. You'll be instrumental in implementing quality improvement initiatives, aligning with our hospital's quality plan, and foster a culture of professional growth for our dedicated staff. If you're passionate about delivering safe, efficient, and effective perioperative care, we want to hear from you.
We're looking for a leader who:
- Has a minimum of 10 years of proven clinical experience in an acute hospital, with at least 5 years in perioperative nursing.
- Has a minimum 3 years in a managerial or CNM2 equivalent experience within a theatre environment.
- Recognised post-registration qualification in perioperative nursing.
- Inspires and motivates teams to achieve exceptional performance.
- Builds strong collaborative relationships across all disciplines.
- Communicates complex information with clarity and confidence.
- Is committed to continuous professional development and innovation.
