- Drive innovation: Identify and implement best practices, contributing to service improvement initiatives
Application Criteria:
- Registered General Nurse
- Be on the live register with NMBI
- Minimum of 5 years post registration clinical experience, 2 of which must be in Emergency Department Nursing
- Ideally obtained management course or willing to work towards
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Leadership and management skills
- Knowledge of issues relating to nurse education and development in Emergency medicine
