Responsibilities:
- Assist and support CNM II in delivering evidence-based nursing care
- Plan, coordinate, and manage staff and resources within the ward
Qualifications:
- Registered General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience after registration
- Management course (preferred) or willingness to pursue one
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Leadership and management skills
- Knowledge of nurse education and development issues
