Marketing Executive
27th November 2025The role will involve assisting the team with the planning and rollout of multi-channel marketing campaigns, content creation for online channels, and liaising with external creative agencies and suppliers to create promotional materials, patient literature and more.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the marketing and sales team for the delivery of the marketing strategy as well as providing administrative support
- Learning and working with various types of software (e.g. Canva, Google Analytics, Microsoft Dynamics Marketing etc)
- Composing, posting and monitoring online content (including photography and videography) for the company’s social media accounts and website.
- Creating marketing materials such as patient leaflets, event invites, booklets, sales materials.
- Project managing the creation of the monthly marketing dashboard and contributing to the development of our social media content
- Creating and sourcing content for our GP e-newsletters
- Preparing and editing a range of documents, posters and other materials for use across the organisation (e.g. recruitment, internal communications etc)
- Supporting the organisation of events (face to face and online), sourcing merchandising and liaising with suppliers.
- Creating reports and analysing data related to social media, email marketing and sales performance.
- Helping to identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation, creativity and growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar
- Previous Marketing/Communications experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisation skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Passionate and curious about marketing and keen to learn and contribute
- Proactive, with the ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Experience using technology for a variety of tasks, including database management, email marketing tools, presentation creation etc.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Teams.
- An interest in graphic and digital design, with the ability to use video and photo editing software.
