In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care for individuals with a diagnosis of Heart Failure. Acting as a clinical leader and role model, you will support nursing best practice and provide expert guidance within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
What You'll Do
- Provide specialised care for patients with Heart Failure
- Lead by example, promoting excellence and evidence based practice
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
- Support and facilitate research and quality improvement initiatives in Heart Failure care
Who You Are
- A Registered General Nurse with a minimum of five years of experience
- Previous experience in an acute cardiology department and / or cardiac rehabilitation
- Hold a relevant post graduate cardio-vascular / heart failure qualification
- Strong teaching and knowledge sharing skills for both patients and staff
- Proven ability to contribute to service development and improvement
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
