VACANCY:                Bookings Office Clerical Administrator (Full-time post)

                                     

 

We are currently recruiting for a Clerical Administrator to join the Bookings Office Team.

 

The successful candidate will provide a full range of administrative duties including:

 

  • Managing and scheduling for all hospital appointments/procedures.
  • Ensuring all booking forms are received and input to hospital system as required.
  • Conducting insurance checks for all patients ahead of scheduled admission.
  • Typing and processing of appointment letters for clinics and surgery

Candidate Requirements:

 

  • Previous Experience working in a Finance/administration role
  • 2 years’ experience working in a Customer Service Environment
  • A working knowledge of Word Processing and Databases.
  • Knowledge of Health Insurance an advantage
  • Excellent numeracy skills, and focus on attention to detail
  • Have strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Post-Leaving Cert Certification desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, must be courteous and conscientious
  • Able to demonstrate, speed, accuracy, and Literacy,
