Diagnostic Imaging

The Diagnostic Imaging Centre (Radiology department) provides the highest standard of imaging services and is committed to treating each patient with the utmost care and dignity in line with the standards of the Mater Private Hospital. 

The Mission of the Imaging Department is to provide high quality patient care in a multi-disciplinary imaging facility.  The department offers a fully comprehensive range of procedures including:

Walk-in service

Chest and General X-rays – a walk-in service is provided Monday to Friday 08:30hrs – 16:30hrs

Specialist Breast Centre

Our Specialist Breast Centre offers patients access to one facility for all breast imaging modalities.  Our Triple Assessment Clinics also provide a Consultant Breast Surgeon on-site for clinical consultations.  A dedicated breast nurse is also on-site for patients.
